过孔是什么<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

过孔(Via),电路板上的孔,连接不同层之间的线路,把电路板从平面结构变成立体结构。<\/span><\/p>

单层线路想不交叉太难了,双层或更多层线路,必须通过过孔来连接。通过孔壁上的铜,连通上下层的电路铜线。<\/span><\/p>

过孔有哪些种类<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

电路板上的过孔,主要有机械孔和激光孔两种。<\/span><\/p>

1、机械孔<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

用机械钻头钻出来的孔。孔的内部直径在0.2mm以上。用更粗的钻头钻出来的孔就会更大。<\/span><\/p>

消费电子产品通常按照0.3mm内径来设计。普通的电路板厂都可以做0.3mm的机械孔。<\/span><\/p>

如果使用0.2mm和0.25mm的机械孔,钻头细钻孔速度慢钻头易折断,价格就要贵一些,也不是所有的PCB厂家都能做这么小的机械孔。<\/span><\/p>

钻头一下子就把电路板钻穿了,所以机械孔也叫通孔。<\/span><\/p>


<\/p>

2、激光孔<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

用激光打出来的孔。内径一般是0.1mm。很少有其他规格的激光孔。<\/span><\/p>

因为激光的功率有限,无法直接打穿多层PCB板,通常用来做表层的盲孔。<\/span><\/p>

PCB板过孔设计的注意事项孔径尽量大一些:<\/span><\/strong>上面讲了,小孔要用小钻头,小钻头价格高,对板厂要求也高。如果电路板面积较大,甚至可以用0.5mm内径的机械孔。<\/span><\/span><\/p>

尽量不用激光孔:<\/span><\/strong>带有一层激光孔的电路板,比不带激光孔的贵30%(一阶板)。带有2层激光孔的,比1层激光孔的再贵30%(二阶板)。<\/span><\/span><\/p>

其他更贵的设计:<\/span><\/strong>过孔工艺越复杂,电路板价格越高,最便宜的和最贵的相差几十倍以上。像0.2mm的机械孔比0.3mm的机械孔电路板贵20%左右;2层激光孔重叠的叠孔板,比2层激光孔交错的错孔板贵20%以上;苹果手机喜欢用的任意层互联板比普通只有机械孔的电路板贵10倍以上(全板都是重叠激光孔)。<\/span><\/span><\/p>


<\/p>

密集打孔, 规则or随机<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

每个过孔的内表面面积是有限的,通过的电流也是有限的。<\/span><\/p>

对于电源线、地线等需要通过大电流的PCB线路,需要打很多个过孔。<\/span><\/p>

这些过孔可以是矩阵式规则排列,也可以是随机排列的,这两种有没有区别呢?<\/span><\/p>

规则排列的比随机排列的好看。随机排列的画图速度快。大部分公司没有强制要求,“有强迫症”的PCB工程师都喜欢用规则排列。<\/span><\/p>

矩阵型规则排列的过孔,有可能在某些方向上对信号的阻挡能力更强,如果不刻意追求好看,随机打孔会更稳妥一些。<\/span><\/p>

铜箔即静态类铜皮,实心铜皮,此类型铜皮在<\/span>PCB上绘制后,其形状不会随障碍物变化,不会因DRC情况进行避让,绘制的形状与实际生产出的形状尺寸大小一致。<\/span>

3)在PCB内单击鼠标右击,选择“多边形”项,单击鼠标左键在PCB中绘制铜皮形状,绘制形状时,终点位置与起点位置不要靠太近,太近会提示警告,导致绘制铜皮失败,在终点位置双击鼠标左键或者右击选择“完成”,铜皮会自动闭合,如图5-128所示。随后弹出“添加绘图”的对话框,如图5-127所示,单击“通过单击分配网络”,然后点击PCB上对应网络的焊盘、过孔或者走线,给铜箔赋予网络,或者在网络分配栏下拉框中下拉选择其网络名,在“线宽”栏设置好铜皮的线宽值,此线宽须大于或者等于铜皮格点设置的值,若小于其大小,则会显示为网络铜。<\/span><\/p>

4)铜箔绘制好后会显示为实心铜,如需对铜皮形状微调,可右击选择“随意选择”,再选中铜皮需要调整的位置边缘,右击选择“移动一个角度”,移动鼠标,将边缘调整到合适的位置,单击一下,完成调整。如图5-129所示。<\/span><\/p>

5)在<\/span>PCB<\/span>中右击选择“选择形状”,再选择铜皮,右击选择“添加倒角”,<\/span><\/span>如图<\/span>5-130所示。在弹出的“添加倒角”对话框中输入合适的值,注意输入的值不能过大也不能过小,否则会导致倒角失败,如图5-131所示。<\/span><\/p>

6)空白位置右键选择“随意选择”,点击铜皮的边缘,单击鼠标右键选择“分割”,如图5-132所示,将光标移动至合适位置并单击,此时铜皮会在选择的位置生成一个拐角,如图5-133所示。也可利用“添加拐角”功能进行此操作,作用类似。<\/span><\/p>

近日在中国新能源汽车发展高层论坛(2022)上,黑芝麻智能创始人兼CEO单记章对此表示:“有数据显示:中国汽车芯片对外的依赖程度已超过了对石油的依赖,石油对外的依存度大概是70%,但汽车芯片却高达95%,依存度非常高。”<\/p>

不过针对这个行业痛点,单记章也表示,全球汽车芯片产业格局正在迎来改变,中国厂商有很大的机遇来改变这个情况,而且部分公司也确确实实走到了和世界前列的大型公司同一个梯队,或许中国厂商把握好当下时机,将可以实现汽车芯片独立自主的目标。<\/p>

单记章还提到:“过去车内芯片40纳米就已经是非常先进的制程了,但是现在已经做到7纳米,很快会有5纳米、甚至3纳米,英伟达最近发布4纳米芯片,这些都达到甚至超过了消费电子产品制造工艺的要求。”<\/p>

虽然现在的汽车芯片短缺现象得到了控制和缓解,但我国还是需要加大资金投入,重点研发汽车芯片,争取实现汽车芯片国产全面化的目标。<\/p>

随着时代高速发展,越来越多的新兴技术如人工智能、物联网、量子计算等应用落地,自然也成为各国各企业首先部署的科技行业,我国自然也不例外。

近日,中国科学院软件研究所正式宣布,该所量子计算编程软件isQ正式开源。该软件isQ是一款支持经典量子混合编程的量子编程软件,能够灵活地描述各种复杂的量子算法。<\/p>

据了解我国虽然在全球量子计算软件领域处于领导水平,位于第一梯队,甚至在量子程序理论研究上,是世界领先水平,但由于在量子软件工程开发方面上,起步较晚,投入资金不足(和美国先比),isQ的开源有助于提升我国量子软件人才质量,促进我国量子计算软件的高速度发展。<\/p>

据研究所负责人介绍说,在语法层面,isQ软件的量子编程语言支持包括经典、量子变量定义,自定义酉门,量子门及测量操作,循环、递归等经典控制流以及oracle定义等功能;在编译层面,isQ采用mlir框架,定义了一套特有的量子中间表示,并基于此提供高效的量子电路分解、量子电路优化和量子电路映射功能,最终可转化为多种流行的量子硬件指令集或量子底层语言;在计算使用层面,isQ不仅能提供高效的量子电路模拟器,而且已经实现了与真实量子芯片的对接。<\/p>

此外,为方便用户使用,研发团队还开发了该软件的简化版本,即isQ-Core。用户可通过isQ-Core直接在Python环境内通过云账号访问云端硬件,也可执行变分量子算法、量子近似优化算法等系列经典量子混合算法等。<\/p>
